Pinko Sets Up Shop in Jean Pierre Symbol
Fashion 25/03/2010
Pinko has inaugurated a shop-in-shop on the first floor of Barcelona's exclusive multi-brand Jean Pierre Symbol locale (Avenida Diagonal, 467).
Brazilian model, actress and presenter Camila Alves has essentially played the role of shop god-mother. She was selected thanks to her care-free, modern image and underlying sexiness, values akin to the Italian label.
Founded in the 1980s by Pietro Negra, Pinko offers daringly modern, cutting edge collections that sit well with Jean Pierre Symbol's philosophy, Jean Pierre Bua's most restless shop, whose self-named flagship was founded in 1988.
Jean Pierre Symbol opened its doors in 2007 and offers the most recent creations from labels like Amaya Arzuaga, Alexander McQueen by Puma, Jasmine de Milo, Tsumori Chisato and High.
Jean Pierre Bua sells the latest collections from Martin Margiela, Alexander McQueen, Marni, Ungaro, Jean Paul Gaultier and John Galliano, among a host of other firms.
