Stradivarius Creates "Special Edition", an Exclusive Footwear Collection

Stradivarius, the fashion firm that belongs to the Spanish group Inditex, has recently launched its "Special Edition" into the market, a special collection from a new footwear store, created to celebrate the inauguration of a new location on Barcelona's Portal de l'Àngel dedicated exclusively to the brand's accessories.
The new location, which opened on April 14, 2010, was installed in a 880m2 site that consists of two floors littered with decorative elements such as columns, walls and stone archways, along with a number of the brand's own décor items, lending the place a fashionable, avant-garde feel.
"Special Edition" comprises five distinct models that reflect this summer's footwear trends. It has opted for open-toed, ankle-boot sandals, wood platforms and heels with brown hues and natural fabrics such as leather or canvas, as well as smooth-coloured floral prints and the masculinity of laced, die-cut leather bulchers. This collection, along with handbags, bijouterie jewellery and other accessories, will be on display in one of the store's special corners, a store dedicated, in its entirety, to a hand-picked selection of accessories.
Along with this new collection of shoes, Stradivarius is also presenting its Spring-Summer 2010 collections, comprised of Stradivas Gallery, Mimetic Adventure, Nature Flowers and Romantic Scene, thereby uniting the most ecological and natural summer trends to create a minimalistic, simple and fluid style.
Along with these new additions, highlights include a special cotton handbag with a unique and exclusive label created solely for the "Special Edition" collection.
Currently, "Special Edition" is only available for purchase in the store located at 24, Avenida Portal de l'Àngel in Barcelona.
