Restaurant Routa, Modern Nordic Cuisine in the Heart of Barcelona

Restaurant Routa introduces new menus for this spring bringing modern Scandinavian cuisine to the city.
Spring Menu, 33 €, includes a variation of green asparagus, cod with gnocchi and lobster sauce, and chocolate sorbet apricot Routa, an explosion of flavors.
Routa Menu, 54 €, provides texture of foie gras, glazed with rabbit Bolognese and "false risotto" of carrots and a rich kid with eggplant and rosemary sauce and for dessert, the fresh berries. To enjoy these delicious menus, it offers diners order a wine list with references renewed fun.
Routa Restaurant was established in Barcelona in September 2008 and is governed by two young chefs and Finnish Matti RompannenTero Siltanen. Before opening his own restaurant, the two worked as head chef and pastry at the prestigious restaurant with two Michelin star Chez Dominique in Helsinki.
