The new chef's whims renew the letter, are distinguished by a wide range ... such as quail with cilantro pesto and firecracker sauce, hot corvina ceviche, scallops with XO sauce and tuna tartare Korean. We are surprised with flavors and aromas of fresh, natural, with great presence of citrus, cilantro and chiles, very well proportioned.
